ZF Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (Indonesia Rep Office) has been present in Indonesia since 2001. The Indonesia office is an enabler of the fast-expanding commercial vehicle and mining industry in Indonesia together with reputable Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Since ZF’s operation, Chakra Jawara has been an appointed dealer by ZF Services offering original automotive spare parts for SACHS shock absorbers and clutches, LEMFÖRDER steering and suspension, and ZF Lenksysteme Steering Gear and Steering Pumps for IVECO and other leading commercial vehicle manufacturing brands.

Chakra Jawara is also an appointed ZF Services Partner in Indonesia since 2011. Products and services from ZF are readily available through its service partners and the ZF Services Partners are carefully selected to ensure that service workshops are able to uphold and maintain its service quality imposed by ZF.

The responsibilities of the Services Partners include the repair and maintenance of ZF products. This includes field service, remanufacturing, conversion, retrofitting, and customized service packages.
