Strengthening Customer Relationships, CJ Hosts Brunch & Parts Sales Customer Event

As part of its ongoing commitment to delivering excellent after-sales service, PT Chakra Jawara (CJ) organized a Customer Event titled “Brunch & Parts Sales” in Balikpapan and Banjarmasin, held on December 16 and December 18, 2025, respectively.

Designed as a platform to strengthen customer relationships while driving after-sales service and parts sales performance, the event was delivered in a relaxed brunch setting, allowing customers and the CJ team to engage in open and direct discussions. Each event was attended by more than 30 invited guests, reflecting strong customer enthusiasm and trust in CJ as a long-term business partner. The main focus of the event was the introduction of parts sales programs featuring special pricing and exclusive discounts available only during the event day.

This program aimed to provide greater convenience for customers in fulfilling their spare parts needs while ensuring parts availability to support the smooth operation of their units. In addition, the event also represented a strategic synergy between CJ, PT Chitra Paratama, and PT Chandra Sakti Utama Leasing as key business partners under the Tiara Marga Trakindo Group, collaborating to deliver comprehensive solutions for customers.
