CJI Award 2025: Chakra Jawara’s Consistency in Fostering a Culture of Innovation
PT Chakra Jawara (CJ) successfully organized the CJI Award 2025 as part of its ongoing commitment to encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable innovation. The program was structured through a series of systematic stages, beginning with a socialization phase in Q1 2025 to align understanding and objectives across all business units. This was followed by a coaching phase from Q2 to Q3 2025, focusing on enhancing idea quality and strengthening the implementation of improvement initiatives.
Entering the evaluation stage, the selection process was conducted comprehensively, starting with the qualification phase in the fourth week of October 2025, followed by the semifinal round in the first week of November, and culminating in the final round on November 25, 2025. The CJI Award 2025 officially concluded with the announcement of winners on December 1, 2025, reaffirming PT Chakra Jawara’s commitment to building a sustainable innovation ecosystem and driving performance improvement across the organization.
In 2025, the CJI Award featured two main categories, Product & Service and Process & System, bringing forward the most impactful innovations and improvement efforts from across the organization.

1st Place: Abdul Aziz (Java Sumatera) – Improving the durability of the Exhaust Brake Unit 682 E5 from 1,954 hours to 12,000 hours at PT KMK
